Juggling

Juggling 4 kids and a husband trying to maintain a stable family life is challenging being in nursing school. It's only been a few weeks but I feel all I do at home is clean and study. I try to make time for everyone but it's difficult. No matter which way you look at it, nursing school is a full time job.

I've been trying to keep my stress levels low so that I don't have a panic attack or have any issues with my PTSD. Since the my twins' dad passed away in April our lives have been pretty stressful as a whole. The kids are still in therapy and I still see my psychiatrist every few weeks. I've been doing good functioning lately but scared I won't be able to take on the stress of school.

I do well budgeting my time and try not to procrastinate yet I still have a fear of getting behind in class so I take every moment I can to read the chapters ahead of the lectures. It seems our class is doomed to go from 40 students down to below 20 over the next several weeks. Class ahead of mine went from 40 or so students to 16 left for the second year semesters.

I'm open to any suggestions for budgeting time between school work/clinicals and my family.
